Deep InfoSec SARL, Azur 15, Le Plateau, Dakar, Senegal, handles the business contact information supplied through this website. We use your name, organization, professional email, region, selected service and project description to respond to the request and prepare a relevant proposal.
When you contact us, the website creates an enquiry reference and routes the request to the relevant specialist. Authorized commercial personnel can manage its progress. Our mail provider and, if enabled, our business CRM process the information for the same purpose. We do not use enquiry content to train public AI models.
Ordinary enquiries that do not become contracts are kept in the website lead store for up to 365 days; the contact receipt can be tracked for 90 days. Contract and accounting records are retained separately under applicable rules. Essential anti-abuse request information is processed to protect the form and service.
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, or oppose further commercial contact, by emailing sales.general@deepinfosec.com with the subject Privacy request. If your project contains confidential documents, your specialist will arrange a controlled channel for their exchange.
We manage requests across countries. Where a service provider processes information in another jurisdiction, the applicable agreements and access arrangements define how the data is handled.
